Inspired by the bistros of Paris , Must Winebar's dining space is casual, friendly and even a little rowdy at times. While it may not be the venue for a quiet romantic dinner, many love affairs have been ignited over the delectable cuisine of Russell Blaikie and his team. The Twice Baked Taleggio Cheese Soufflé served with Organic Tomato Coulis is a great start.

The house-made Potato Gnocchi with Braised Rabbit Ragoût is a stand out dish or try the “Duck Leg Confit with Apple Salad, Red Cabbage Braise and a Madeira Jus. It may be difficult to make a choice. The list of daily specials will make you return again and again.

This homely bistro fare is the type of food that a provincial French housewife might serve – not rich but rich in tradition. Layered with ingenuity and driven by the best local produce available, lunch or dinner, the Bistro is a fantastic dining experience.
