If ever there was a symbol of Spring, then it must be the strawberry. Sweet, juicy and packed full of goodness. Shark bay whiting tortilla with strawberry & chipotle salsa - yes please! What a line up! Four beautiful courses matched to four Taittinger Champagnes. Hosted by Tyson Stelzer, writer of 15 wine books and winner of the International Wine & Spirit Communicator of the Year 2015. His Champagne Guide is considered an industry benchmark. We are so lucky to have him present the NV Prestige Cuvee, NV Prestige Rose, Millesime and the Comtes Blanc de Blanc at this wonderful dinner. Booking and pre-payment essential. $175.

Russell Blaikie would fit right into the daily rituals of Balinese life - he’s immersed himself in it that many times. On this day he takes the classic Balinese street food of Chicken Bumbu Satay and cooks it on Beaufort Street. Only $8 a serve and lemon grass & ginger cocktails at $12 each.
